A federal-compatible Terms of Service (TOS) agreement is required for official government use of social media tools. The list below represents:
- Services for which the agency has signed an addendum to the standard TOS,
- Services for which the agency has determined has federal-compatible TOS, or
- Services for which the General Services Administration (GSA) has negotiated federal-compatible TOS agreements that do not require Social Security to execute a signed addendum prior to use.
The Office of Communications is responsible for Social Security's social media governance.
